Core Team Backgrounds
The ValoraX project is led by a group of professionals with expertise in blockchain, fintech, AI systems, and Web2/Web3 integrations. The founding team has previously worked on real-world payment systems, DeFi infrastructure, and AI-powered applications, bringing both technical and market experience to the platform.

Core Team Members
Ethan Clarke – CEO & Co-Founder (USA)
With over a decade of experience in fintech product leadership, Ethan previously led integrations at a major card network and contributed to the launch of several crypto payment apps. He now oversees strategy, partnerships, and product alignment at ValoraX.
Naomi Fujimoto – CTO & Co-Founder (Japan)
A blockchain engineer with deep expertise in smart contracts and decentralized infrastructure, Naomi was formerly a lead developer at a Tokyo-based crypto exchange. She now leads technical development and architecture for the ValoraX protocol.
Lucas Ramirez – Head of AI Systems (Canada)
Lucas specializes in building scalable AI agents for financial decisioning. His background includes developing credit scoring models and AI-based transaction monitoring systems. At ValoraX, he leads agent automation and AI payment logic design.
Rina Okabe – Head of Product Design (Japan)
With a background in UI/UX for fintech and digital banking, Rina crafts user-centric experiences that bridge the gap between complex crypto systems and intuitive user flows. She previously worked with mobile banks in Japan and Korea.
Tyrell Johnson – Blockchain Engineer (USA)
A Solidity and Rust developer with a passion for performance and security. Tyrell ensures smart contracts are audited, gas-optimized, and scalable. He also contributes to ValoraX’s cross-chain payment integrations.
Sora Matsuda – Community Lead & Ecosystem Growth (Japan)
A Web3-native community manager fluent in both Eastern and Western crypto culture. Sora builds ValoraX’s presence across global Telegram, Discord, and Twitter communities, ensuring engagement, education, and feedback loops are maintained.

Super Vietnam 2025 Held at the Ariyana Convention Centre in Danang, Vietnam, this international blockchain and AI summit connected ValoraX with partners across Southeast Asia. The team engaged with investors, infrastructure providers, and community leaders, laying the foundation for upcoming integrations and pilot programs in the region.
